Content Nation scrapes and makes content searchable for which there is no reasonable expectation of implicit consent thereof.

Furthermore, GDPR takedown requests have been accompanied with a note of [paraphrasing] "unfortunately, since the original URL is still up, it will be downloaded again". Note that this is not how GDPR works.

The instance fetches and authenticates itself over ActivityPub, turning on authenticated fetch and blocking the domain will be enough to prevent new fetches.
