Get back from community list without refreshing - Lemmy.World

Is it possible to get back to where I was at after accidentally clicking on the community list on Android? I’ve accidentally clicked on it more that a couple of times and there doesn’t seem to be a way to get back or close it. I can click on the community that I was browsing from the list, but that causes a reload and I lose my place.
