Apparently anywhere deemed a "pristine viewscape" won't be allowed to have renewables installed. Soooo shouldn't oilsands also follow this mandate?

@YourAlberta seems to be blatantly favoring oil and gas, since none of these new rules is being applied to them, despite the oil and gas industry having a much greater impact on environmental and human health.
