Barton was 1 of many #ElectionWorkers across the country who faced #threats during & after the #2020election, when #Trump & many of his supporters claimed the #election was fraudulent. Few instances of fraud were found.

…an atty representing Nickels, …told the Detroit News that the case shows “how mental health affects so many people.” (no blame 4 the inciter in chief?)

Nickels pleaded guilty to 1 count of making a threatening interstate communication… he faces up to 5 yrs in #prison.
