I have legal expenses insurance, for example, which covers all costs in the event of legal proceedings. Most people have that here in Germany, isn’t it the same elsewhere?

The closest thing I am aware of is having an attorney on retainer, but this is so costly no one does it unless they are a millionaire in the least.
