That kiss in E14 of #BrandingInSeongsu (#๋ธ๋๋ฉ์ธ์ฑ์๋)! Why is it that #KimJieun (#๊น์ง์) and #Lomon (#๋ก๋ชฌ) know how to give a REAL romantic and passionate kiss on-screen? This is rare in #Kdrama land.
Give them an award! All other K-drama actors should learn from them!

It is growing on me. Love the red/green theme going on. The leads are playing the duality of their roles amazingly. I love the side characters - although I don't feel we've had enough of their stories yet.

I am disappointed in the lack of soul switching problems. The scene in the grocery store was marvelous - we need more of that.
The kiss in 14 was great, but I kept thinking - they're kissing themselves?? I need more clarity about whether they've resigned themselves to adapting to the new bodies or what.

I hope the kiss in episode 14 makes them switch back, right before Na Eon has to meet her nemesis.

He is quite dreamy!!! Can't believe he's only 24. He has some other dramas that have 8+ ratings with him in the main role. I'm going to add those to my Plan-to-watch list.

Yep! It also appears to me that they quickly accepted their new reality and no longer care much if and when they switch back. They did not even go through the trope/expected reaction: โdon't touch my body!โ or โwhere's my <anatomy_here>โ.
They both act and live as a man and woman. I think the writer is also approaching it from a scientific perspective? Theoretically at least, a man and woman's body remains the same, so when there's consciousness/spirit transfer, they can only do as much as the body has been capable of doing since. The graceness, the endurance, and all that.
In addition to that, a consciousness will be affected by the body's hormones. And we know for a fact that the hormones of men and women are different. And since only their consciousness transferred, the way their brain is wired is also subject to the physical brain.
Thus, the ML in the FL's body, without his knowledge, is influenced by that body's female hormones and the way that body's brain is wired. And similarly with the FL in the ML's body. Sooner or later, their consciousness will adapt and accept that new reality and live as one.
I think that's why it appears that they've quickly accepted their body swap. The ML in FL's body is living as real woman, and the FL in ML's body as a real man.
UNLESS! They were swapped somehow when they were younger, and actually just returned to their own bodies. If so, then of course, they'll be โat homeโ.
I've always thought about it if I body swapped, and personally, I always end up with โrealityโ.
In my current body, I'm a straight guy. But if I get swapped into a woman's body? My reasoning is, โthis is my new reality, so live itโ.
I went further, what if there's a technology to extend our lives by moving to a new body? We retain our memories and experiences as well. Will I choose a man's body again? Or, will I select a woman's? My choice is always to pick a woman's body and live as one. And if it gives me a good experience, I'll pick it again in the next lifespan.
For me, my decision comes from accepting my reality. If I'm swapped in an extraterrestrial body, then live as one. If in a robot, then live as one.
Ahh! It's the โThis is meโ scenario. It's similar to LGBTQ, it is their reality so they live it.
So, I think that's what the writer is hoping for in the series. The two characters just accepted their new reality. Life as a woman and live as a man. They both identify as โstraightโ but the gender is detached from it. They are โstraightโ is relative to their present body.
At least that's how I see it. ^_^
