Clayton Errington 🖥️@protonmail are these upgrades automatic or have to do special things? I keep seeing replies that “you should have gotten something” to fill out.
I’ve been using proton for a few years now and never get these upgrades offered to me. It’s one of the hard things to keep using proton. Limited offerings then seeing that services are being upgraded but by special means.

@protonmail Thanks! It's nice these are offered, but it's hidden in a way too. I guess it's also there for the users that use the service, and they are the ones who know of these special offerings too, and not just given to all by default.
@cjerrington Indeed, the 'Get started' checklist is intended to familiarize new users with some of the features that Proton offers.
It's not really hidden - you probably would have seen a splash screen informing you of the checklist. We also sent an email informing users of the storage boost.
