Pretty sure the inside bottom of the sink is only halfway down height-wise and the lower half has a cutout at the back for drain/plumbing access. (you can see a bit of the drain going into the wall) the urinal is likely the same.

I’d be more worried about someone kicking that faux-drop/leg, breaking it and possibly making the sink/urinal fall. (unless also anchored to the wall)
