FinnbarHow does the home feed on Mastodon find new content from other instances?
LichtMarv@finnbar_m as far as i could tell, your hone feed is based on who you follow and what they boost. So if someone you follow boosts something from another instance it should appear on your home. Or if you follow them directly ofc. I could be wrong, so someone correct me if im just being stupid here
@LichtMarv yeah I understand now that but I'm still kind of stumped on the explore section. How does my mastodon server know about all the other servers?
