@johnjolley The mod is Exotic Industries. It took me a while to get into because the visuals aren't super polished and the burner/steam stages feel looong, but now I think the author really nailed it. And the "computer age" tech I'm starting to unlock looks really cool.
(I think the tanks are in a separate sub-mod so you can use them standalone too)
