St Woke of Pronouns@me @nasamuffin it rules that all of the proposed solutions for helping us ADHDers to function involve doing so many of the specific things that our brains just don't do well/at all right? I love it!
I 3D printed a 7 day 'did i take my pills' checklist and that's been alright for me after years of bouncing off pill caddies etc. Turns out the minimal 'flip one switch to indicate I did it' is the amount of effort my brain is affording to the task.
