New York AG Letitia James tells ABC News that she's prepared to seize #Trump's buildings if he can't pay his $354 million civil fraud fine.

"If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets."

@GottaLaff

She better contact the best rat exterminator to fumigate the premises

@GottaLaff That's standard procedure to enforce a judgment. Usually one goes for bank accounts first because they're less bother, but I'm sure Trump isn't leaving this around in cash. Trump should sell it himself now because he'll get less if it's auctioned off on the courthouse steps.
@GottaLaff I think she'll be seizing assets that are underwater. Will be fun to watch unfold.
@todwest Iโ€™m here for it!
@GottaLaff NYS can live without the cash. And the humiliation will be worth the cost.
@GottaLaff @todwest Watching Trump chain himself to the front of Trump tower and scream at the repo men would be delicious. Someone lend him some handcuffs.

@mikecarter

Honestly....I am not laughing! I promise.

@GottaLaff

Can't wait for #maga cultists to get arrested trying to blockade his properties from getting seized.

Seems like something the wall suit guy would be in charge of... building a pathetic human wall

@emmreef Canโ€™t wait

@GottaLaff

Can we make the first tenant of Trump Tower Spirit Halloween?

I'd contribute to a GoFundMe to pay Spirit's rent for October.

@GottaLaff

Elmo may fly to his rescue. ๐Ÿ˜

@GottaLaff if he is sequestrated, can he still stand for political office?
@GottaLaff Please let this happen. ๐Ÿฅณ
@GottaLaff

They'll get better value for the assets if they
remove the Trump labels from them
In New York, the Trump Brand Is Costing Some Condo Owners

When Donald J. Trump became president, condominiums in buildings emblazoned with his name began selling for less, according to an analysis.

@GottaLaff Am I the only one to think banks and insurances companies knew this was fraudulent declarations from Trump but only sued him when they understood he'll never 'help' them? They bet on a president with something in mind and it turned to be bad investment.
@Idwthama Likely. Some, at least.
