Both Sympy and WolframAlpha were very sad with what I gave them, but I have two answers now. The first answer is that my model can only be approximated numerically. The second answer is a actual equation, but is fairly hairy.
I think the issue is that I'm supposed to be working with a linear differential equation, but my idea might require a nonlinear differential equation.
Okay! Got out of bed, maintained the meatship, and went to all my classes.
I was able to access my textbook once I was on campus and downloaded PDFs of all the chapters. Still need to read them this week, but now I have them at home too.
Math is slow going, but it's going. I'm going to begin working on an assignment once I post this.
