Einstürzende Altbauten on Van Horne

So there was a couple of nice Victorian duplexes around the corner and up the street a couple of blocks from my house, but I guess the owner gutted them and left them open to the elements while doing reno of some sort, they did have a permit but I bet it wasn't for this ... one of the facades just fell into the street a couple of days ago.
