Can I be honest with you?

I don't actually care whether Joe Biden lives long enough to serve another 4 years. LITERALLY ALL HE HAS TO DO is survive long enough to beat the clock past 12:00 Noon on Jan 20th, 2025.

The second he lives long enough to put the legal line of presidential succession unambiguously OUT of the hands of Donald Trump forever, he has done 100% of the things I expect from him as President.

@Lana i’m extremely mad at joe biden for not dying already. I mean surely the biden/harris ticket was an implicit “and then Joe steps down for his health after two years” deal? Harris must be furious at him for breaking the deal.

@Lana There is still an insane amount of work best done by someone with his particular set of abilities. I wouldn’t mind if he resigned in 2 years. Give Harris long enough to truly show her skills so she has a legit shot in 28

@Yhg1s exactly. People are like "but you're only voting for him because you hate Trump" as if "you're only voting for him because you hate Hitler" isn't a perfectly valid reason all on its own.
