I finally feel like I'm getting back to normal after 8+ months. Restarting building my training courses, certification studies, coding software projects, improving my health, and exploring creative things.

Also realized that motivation isn't helpful or needed, forced action and habit-forming are key. Motivation wanes and will let you down, automatic habits that turn into routine will not.

@scarletfi I learned that latter lesson regarding exercise, but need to generalize it more widely into my life
