I did a two-mile hike in trail running shoes and while my back is pinging my feet are basically ok, I love my magnet egg. 😭 I might buy two, one for my back and one for my garbage feet.

I did have to stop and rest twice but that is just being sadly out of condition from three years now of being functionally hobbled. I look back and think about how a low exercise day would be two four-mile runs and an hour of yoga, it was a good life. 😰

I think you gave me the foot massage info a while ago, but I think I need to look into this magnetic egg thing. Right now I am having more of an achilles tendon type situation, but it's all part of the p.f. (including torn plantar fascia I had in 2018 or 19 😩 ).

@westerling plantar fasciitis is the worst injury, it is unbelievable how crippling it is until you experience it. 😭

That reminds me I need to run my feet through the pummeler too just to knead the fascia as well. 🤔

Yeah, I tore it morris dancing, but it did respond well to p.t. Still about a year before I could say I felt confident about it again.

If only I could remember to do my stretches all the time, smdh.

@westerling it’s so weird how physical therapy exercises feel like such a burden even though they’re usually things we’d do of our own accord?
