Today, Calum & I headed to the Glencoe Ski area & enjoyed the luxury of uplift to the mid station. There's not much old snow left for practicing skills so we did "learning by doing" with crampons on early to negotiate all the water ice on the middle slopes of Meall a Bhuridh.
Then back to the cafe for chips & planning session for tomorrow. Another "relatively" benign day in prospect & its starting to feel like winter is fun again. #ThinkWINTER
