Meet Edgar the baby raven. My husband found him in a puddle this morning. Another addition to our collection of random finds 😊.

@helenclayton Edgar is soooo adorable 😍
@hope he smells a bit damp, but hopefully he’ll floof up nicely.
@helenclayton @thebaywindowgirl Ah, thanks for the alt text, I already thought it was a live baby raven.
@helenclayton @thebaywindowgirl sooooo much cuteness.
@thesweetcheat @thebaywindowgirl he’s probably the cutest find. We’ve also got a plush koala, also found in a puddle, which old cat liked to use as a pillow.
@helenclayton @thebaywindowgirl he's lovely. We have a few. My favourite is one of our PG Tips monkeys. We found him in the road; he'd been strapped with wires to the front of someone's van or lorry and must have fallen off. He had no eyes and his back was all ripped from the wires. We thought he might be too poorly to save but we took him home, washed him, stitched him and got him some new eyes. He now has lots of monkey friends and a special doggo friend who we found in the mud in a field.

@thesweetcheat @thebaywindowgirl I love this, that there is a community of kind people who take in lost toys! I get sad seeing toys strapped to lorries.

We also have Koala (not very original), also found in a puddle, one wet New Year’s Eve. Koala is one of those baby crinkly comforter things, very soft. My late cat Alfie used it as a pillow. We also have various plastic figurines, including an Admiral Ackbar and a green hamster.

@helenclayton @thebaywindowgirl aw, he's lovely. Yep, we rescue any friends we find on the streets who are obviously not going to be reclaimed. Admiral Ackbar, how cool.
@thesweetcheat @thebaywindowgirl we found Admiral Ackbar in Morlaix and stuck him on the dashboard of my car for two weeks. He got a bit hot and bendy and hasn’t quite been the same since, but we took finding him to be a good omen.
