I quit cigarettes 5 years ago buy buying a refillable vape and juice all the same flavor I enjoy from the highest nic strength to zero and I tapered to 0mg over the course of two months then tossed it out, haven’t had any nicotine since. It really helped me, I tried quitting so many other ways and they all failed. Good luck!
SLaSZTThis is how I quit too but I started at 6mg nicotine. A lot of people start at 18mg or so but I think that that's too much, at least for me. I was nearly having heart palpitations taking hits off of a friend's vape, lol.
