MarkAssPandiIs there some #seriestv about like, epidemics/pandemics? Not some sci-fi bullshit just plain old showing of some pandemic going on, with doctors fighting and shit, not based on real events (Can be but doesn't need to be), iI just find those topics fascinating.
ladyteruki@MarkAssPandi : there are ! A very good but quite dark South Korean show like that was #SegyeuiKkeut (or #TheEndoftheWorld https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_End_of_the_World_(TV_series) ). It's fairly short. A bit longer is Belgian series #Cordon (which I found better than its US remake #Containment, and also longer, so https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cordon_(TV_series) ), which shows not just the scientific part but how the authorities deal with the event, and how the contained neighborhood reacts.

I almost recommended #COVID25, an Egyptian show (it's on the Shahid SVOD platform), but 1/ I was not able to finish it so I can't promise where it goes 2/ It's set in 2025 so obviously it's an anticipation series (although what I've seen was not too sci-fi, to be fair) 3/ I couldn't find a Wikipedia article XD
@ladyteruki Oh yeah that sci-fi part was more like, I didn't want some zombie apocalipse which ruined whole society or some alien virus caused by space puppies licking people and stuff like that. Just something that would keep in bounds of reality lol
