@TamerNasr I do agree that leaders who focus on inspiration without a plan are wasting time. My gray hair (i.e., experience) taught me that a lack of engagement kills more projects than anything else. Part of the fix is communicating a good plan, as you say. A compelling vision of the future state can be inspiring all by itself. But plans without engagement are going to fail, and it's as simple as that.
