@Npars01 @stopthatgirl7 and I speak as someone who grumbles because most of the first series of Quatermass and huge swathes of Doctor Who are lost to me.

Maier Amsden@stopthatgirl7 I still have a burning hate for Sony and Microsoft after Zune ripped me off. I purchased 100s MP3s via the membership agreement but made the mistake of not auditing. When they became unplayable, I often re-purchased them, thinking I hadn't done so yet. When I finally took a hard look at my purchase history and files I found that I had purchased some MP3s 3 times but still had not received the MP3 version. I estimated >$100 dollars lost to incompetence or fraud. Sony was unhelpful.
