And god, it rings so true for me. The most obliteratingly exhausting work I've done was also super-renewing *even during burnout* and this is a pretty great theory of why.
@kissane I feel like I *only* learned this lesson in the last year. Gotta figure out how to, like, actually incorporate it, but I’m glad I finally figured out something that’s actually replenishing.
