Got a response from the writer of this PUBG2 TechCrunch article. They confirmed Goldman Sachs is referring to PUBG PC. And is referring to a major revamp to Battlegrounds w/ an Engine Upgrade to the original game dubbed "PUBG 2.0" to mark the beginning of that journey.
