@pytheas @djnavarro my daughter is studying sines and cosines in high school, and we got talking about derivatives and slopes, worked out the derivative of x^2 from the definition, and then I wondered about the derivative of sin x. (sin(x+h) is approximately....)

My daughter doesn't care for school math, but seems to enjoy our after-dinner math chats.
