I finally tried needles in my balls .. one per nut. I would do it again, even go for two each. I couldn't bring do it to myself but had a kinky buddy strap me down and do it. I didn't need the bondage but I think it helped headspace.

@GdStPete it felt like my balls were being squeezed, a dull ache preceded by the brief poke. Alcohol and sterile gloves and supplies.
