Every Saturday I see @RHD’s tweets about #LlanishenParkrun and think it looks nice. Unusually, I had a Saturday morning today with no kids’ football so planned to go - but then my mate persuaded me to join him at #TremorfaParkrun instead.

When we got there, it had been cancelled due to a horse on the course… 🤦🏻‍♂️ 🐴 🐎

Still, I got to start my weekend by having a jog nearby with my BFF, and that’s a pretty bloody good feeling.

@RHD On the rare weekends that there’s no kids’ football at 9am, the temptation of a lie-in is usually too great to refuse. But I will make it there eventually!
