Passenger iPhone survived 16k foot fall and still working after getting sucked out of the Alaska Air plane that lost a door panel in flight.

I use it occasionally when working on apps/web stuff. iPhone sits beside my computer on a charging stand with the screen always on so I don’t have to unlock the phone every time I want to test a change.
The iPhone will lock (and require password/FaceID) as soon as I hit the power button.
The exact same option exists in Android btw.
Settings > Display > Screen Timeout > Never
