Jesus christ, everyone in that story comes across as trashy to me but the kidnapping charge is ridiculous. I don’t think you should have any claim to parental rights when you don’t know where your 15 year old daughter has been living for months. How about arresting her mom and charging her with neglect/abandonment or whatever relevant law is on the books in Idaho? But hey, Republican’s once again prove they don’t actually care about kids this has always been about controlling women.
