Hour at the gym this morning... it was rammed. Presumably full of folk making a fresh start. Most seem to be having an ok time (apart from the bloke who was leg pressing the max weight and looked like he was about to have a heart attack). 😳
Here's hoping that folk stick at it, or find something similar that is more fun. I don't find the gym fun, but everyone tells me that I should do strength training to be a better runner and also cos I'm old 😅.
