You reminded me to add a link to my page where I go through all of it, but basically I started with a cheap Halo toy and then added plasticard, more toy bits, chains, and wire on top.

How tall is he? He looks massive

He’s on an 80mm base if that gives an idea. He is roughly the same size as a modern Ghazghkull Thraka model, since he was intended to be a proxy for Ghazzy.
