fundamentally flawed, they certainly work them to the hilt.
In light of the removal of Trump from the ballot in a 2nd state, Maine (pending appeals), folks may want to give a listen because, using the constructs the conservative legal establishment is so invested in, they make a compelling case for Trump's disqualification.
