The account itself is fine, I think it's just your server admin has blocked it.
Long story short, the curator account itself is great (it is run by the admin of https://mastodon.art) but there was an argument between the admin of mastodon.art and the admin of your server masto.ai, which ended in the masto.ai admin blocking them.
