Can anyone recommend me some IEMs (boosts welcome)

They need to be $200 or less (USD), be comfortable for long sessions (>3hrs), have a good bass response (neutral response curve is ok too, but I'll be using this primarily for music, not analytical listening), have some water resistance, and decent sound isolation.
