Another option if one needs to go past Apple devices is #Strongbox, a freemium PM using PasswordSafe (KeePass) vaults, the “Pro” version of which has a 1-time “lifetime” license. Syncs via various clouds OR SFTP. A bit rough around the edges still (e.g. it doesn’t seem to auto-sense when you’re entering new/changed passwords…) but it is promising.
