Post con retrospective time!

Went to Germany for Comic Con Stuttgart. Was overall satisfied - it was certainly the biggest convention I've ever been to, 2 days weren't enough for me to see everything.

It was extremely impressive both in terms of scale and the sheer number of fandoms represented:

From dozen meter tall life sized replicas of "Star Wars" Tie Fighters and functioning droids to "Skibidi Toilet" cosplayers.

LOADS of cosplayers - all great looking, no matter whether they were a cute anime girl, a Khorne berserker wearing real metal armor, a Dalek rolling around or ALF.

More pictures to follow

Here are some more photos of my favourite things. I should probably mention that I also went in my Tempest Shadow cosplay.

The other thing that was very impressive was the amount of stands in the artist alley - an obscene amount. Plenty of original stuff too, alongside fanart. The things that caught my attention the most were:

Cute and colorful flora inspired drawings.

Striking art, mostly focused on Bloodborne, Ratchet and Clank and knights.

CW: Nudity, Gore

Highly detailed and creative drawings of yokai. She mentioned working on a comic - "Hell Society", although it sounded like it's a ways off. I hope she gets to finish it. I ended up buying some prints of her characters. (including an A3 one)

CW: Nudity, Ero, Gun Violence

Fiction and non-fiction comics, based on American politics, trauma and LGBT romance. Haven't had the chance to read them, just skimmed a bit, but they seemed promising. Most interested in "The Golden Hour", a story about a boy and his struggles after surviving a school shooting.

@avak5 #CameraMan and #SpeakerMan are just awesome!

#DafuqBoom really made a masterpiece to inherit #GmodIdiotBox from #DasBoSchitt...
