David F. SandbergMy iTunes copy of Aliens was updated to the new #4K remaster and I'm so disappointed. They scrubbed it of all that beautiful grain and made it unnaturally sharp. I loved the grainy grittiness of Aliens. Left is my #BluRay copy, right is iTunes.
Her hair looks like an image generated by AI now. It's so sharp and smooth.
Grain is not bad damn it. But I'm sure I'm in the minority here and most people would prefer the "cleaner" version.
