Just kidding. I had the Gazelle Pro and it was performing well... Before it died like 2 years later, the CPU was known to misbehave and there was no more available when I sent it in.

I got the FrameWork laptop now, which I can really recommend, but I think there is nothing wrong with either.

As for Lenovo, I think they still sell good laptops but I was disappointed at just how fast their tablets become a useless brick. [1/2]

Coupled with them not releasing source code for GPL code they used I can just recommend to stay away.

Dell was my last laptop and it was working very well but the missing upgradability and terrible customer experience is not something I can recommend.

In summary, I can agree to the article with the Laptops but suggest to also look at the company as a whole. [2/2]

@system76 I’ve had mine for about 2 years, battery has held up incredibly well, and it’s lighter than the vast majority of laptops. Love, love, love it. Also, no Intel back door.
