Well, that’s that for #SurvivorUK . Would I recommission it based on what I watched? No. Do I want it back? So so much.

Somehow I feel like we saw few of the struggles of surviving on a daily basis, nor much of the strategies that must have been going on. For me, Joel Dommett wasn’t the host the show needed. The challenges were good, could have been better, but they were biased towards strength and not enough mental puzzles. #Survivor

So overall the UK version was quite long and plodding and somehow bland and a bit “beige”, as Survivor goes. It never really connected with me. But do I want it to come back? Absolutely - it’s a really solid show they’ve made and one that can be shaped into a much better one. With it being in the shadow of The Traitors now though, I suspect we won’t see it again. I do hope so though. #SurvivorUK #Survivor

@danielpeake I thought the scheduling was quite odd - it was quite the whiplash flipping from Strictly to that.
