Edit: Nah one of the later Borg children episodes. can't remember why the potato. Maybe unassimilating the Borg.
@mrblissett @KennyPark it's the one where they find Icheb's parents, I think. It's a science fair where all the children (borg or otherwise) create something and Icheb totally steals the show with some sensor modification he invented. The cloned potatos are the twin brothers entries.
