Made the mapo tofu recipe by the channel Yeung Man Cooking.

It was a vegan recipe that subbed the traditional mince for chopped up mushrooms and mashed chickpeas.

@warrenkc it was great! Very hearty and nourishing, I like spice but it wasn't too spicy, could definitely feel the Szechuan though
@sashin Cool! Did you use the Sichuan pepper? I find the tongue numbing quite fun.
