The scaffolding around our building is finally coming down after almost a full year. In case anyone in #Melbourne needs to hear it: if the building has major cladding works upcoming, just get out of there.

I don’t know what price I’d put on *not* being woken up by the sound of a drill at 8am, six days a week, for about 9 months, but it’s more than the cost of moving out.
