Sweet Home Season 2 Ep2 🧵

Starting with a flashback to season 1 and reminding me how little time has passed since then.

Also underscoring once again how young Eun Hyuk is, by him referring to Jisu as noona.

He might have been the youngest adult there, now that I think about it, depending on how old Hyunsu is. (He’s definitely younger, but I don’t remember if he’s still a minor or not. Unsurprisingly, that haze he was living in confuses things for me.)

We’re just seeing everyone’s booty today, huh?

I guess the spoilers aren’t *that* minor, if you follow my meaning.

Much respect to #SongKang, #LeeJinWook and #LeeBongRyun for Ep2 of #SweetHome season 2.

If you know, you know.

If you don’t, click the spoiler tag on the post this is replying to.

They already *had* the vaccine?!?!

Like, they’re out of it now. But oof. I thought it was a lie tbh.

I wonder how many test subjects actually were willing “donors,” bc the way the doctor is talking, this isn’t exactly something that can be synthesized without taking from them. Over and over again.

Someone’s not doing okay. Oops.

Gotta say, talking shit about the monsters just, doesn’t tend to go well for people. Like, you can state distrust, and whatever. But once it gets into the realm of shittalk, well…

(I am, of course, partially referencing the voting scene in season 1.)

This scene is very dramatic and tense and somewhat undercut by knowing the cast said Song Kang would turn into a combination of this guy and the protein monster.

More specifically, them mimicking him (the monster).

Now I feel so bad for him. He’s so distraught rn.

And then…

Couldn’t she have just lied? She was going to kill him anyway. “Yes, you’re pretty.” Fwoosh.

This feels like an exploration of the loss of community they had. Going back to bickering, they didn’t see enough to help him. He didn’t seek out help from them.
