I've been in touch with well over a hundred defendants over the last 2 years. A lot have settled but managed to negotiate their own settlements. A lot also managed to negotiate their own dismissal without paying any money whatsoever. 🎉

Some are now fighting. My urge to fight and help fight, is reignited!

Great article. This will definitely expand over time. So, it's not just copyright, sometimes it's trademark, sometimes it's both. It's also patent infringment or a mix.
