Time for a Ryan Goodman 🧵that will answer some of your questions. 1/...

Valuable evidence for DOJ and other criminal cases involving 2020 false electors scheme!

Plus civil case in #Wisconsin now focused on #Chesebro with these new, strong witnesses against him.

Most important, supports Jack Smith theory of the case... #legal #TrumpIndictment

2/ The 10 false electors who settled civil lawsuit, as part of agreement:

"Agree to fully cooperate" w DOJ in J6 investigation and prosecution and with the plaintiffs as they continue their lawsuit against Kenneth Chesebro

10 Wisconsin false electors statement to legal authorities:

1. We were told our action was contingent on court victories.

(Ken Chesebro etc. planned to use them regardless!)

2. Certified docs were used "to improperly overturn" the election.

3. We were not duly elected.

3/ This appears to be Jack Smith's theory of the case and is what gets Trump-Chesebro-Giuliani in deep legal trouble.

They fraudulently misled many of the false electors.

Statement by
@AndrewHittGOP
Chair of WI GOP in 2020, a false elector. 👇

Hitt is cooperating with the DOJ

4/ Especially with these 10 witnesses' willingness to cooperate and the like, it raises an obvious question.

Why Wisconsin authorities (AG/DAs) are not investigating Chesebro and others?

Outsiders who allegedly came into their state's political process to overturn popular vote.

Recalling this interview of Wisconsin Attorney General
JoshKaulWI
with local media (about a
just_security
report on criminal case for false electors scheme). https://t.co/5etYBVWPHM

5/ Goodness gracious, these text messages.

Dec. 14, 2020:

"We the republican electors voted today...."

"Do said electors expect to actually be counted?"

"I certainly don't."

Text message Dec. 31, 2020:

"Yeah in secret. It's not valid unless the court rule."

"Wisconsin is contested right? In secret meaning what"

"Technically no. Meaning we met and cast ballots but it wasn't official. Because it couldn't be."

6/ MOST incriminating:

"This is insane... if you received a favorable court ruling you could do it after
Who is coming up with this?"

"...They don’t want to have a technicality mess up the possible steal...
RPW and trump lawyers"

Individual who wrote, "They don’t want to have a technicality mess up the possible steal" is ID'd as WI false elector, Darryl Carlson, who also wrote:

“I feel like I have to do it otherwise there will be a target on my back in my own district for the chair."

@GottaLaff selling out the constitution to retain a county chair position. Corrupted for such a tiny bit of power.
@Dlenares It's always that way, sigh
