About a month and a half ago, my O2 account was hacked, and I was a victim of fraud. A phone was ordered, and my tariff changed. Its taken calls, and O2 still hasn't resolved the issue. Whilst they aren't charging me for the phone, they are expecting me to pay almost £60 for the my tariff in November. Even though I didn't change it! I'm extremely angry.
I've spoken to them so many times. They have changed my tariff back but insist I pay the increased fee this last month. I haven't used anywhere near the amount I was given. I didn't ask for the increase. I don't understand why it's so hard to fix. I can't afford to just pay if off and move companies either. I'm so fucking stressed.
I've cancled the direct debit for now, and I'm technically over due this bill now. So that's probably gonna rack up more debt. It would probably just be easier to pay this sum off and leave at this point, but I can't do that without help.
