In the much the same way as you let your cheese sit out to warm so that the flavors develop (hopefully you do this), you should also be letting your evening cup of yogurt sit at room temp for 30 mins or so before drizzling with honey and topping w berries (assuming you make your own plain yogurt, which you should be [assuming you eat as much yogurt as I do], especially if u have an Instant Pot)
You may recoil at the thought of room temp yogurt but what’s really recoil-worthy is the creepy fruit-like substance that comes in premixed fruit yogurt
