Hardly surprising tbh! Here’s the store page for it, it’s a skill toy that you sling around your fingers. aroundsquare is the company that makes these, zircuti is the materials (zirconium and titanium), sigma is the model / bead name, begleri is the skill toy type :)

There’s one part you imitate the keys’ teeth with, those are the picks with different patterns visible in the photo.
But then there’s the part with which you imitate the turning movement of a genuine key, and it has to be robust, as it needs to be able to turn the lock while still allowing space for the teeth-aligning-tool from above, so there’s higher forces on smaller surfaces. That’s why I said sturdy :D
Ahhh okay, those are just called turning tools. In this photo they’re located in the keysmart style tool that has covert instruments’ logo on it. The bit on the riv pick that sorta looks like a turning tool is just the plate that allows it to be stored securely in the same keysmart set
