Senate Judiciary authorized subpoenas to Harlan Crow & Leonard Leo but they already vowed not to comply. Imagine being so rich that you can say fuck no to a congressional subpoena. Next Congress starts in January 2024. All they have to do is delay until the next Congress and hope the Republicans win the next election.
